Offline payments, properly tracked

Students pay by bank transfer, InstaPay, mobile wallet, or Fawry, upload a receipt, and an admin approves it. The balance updates and every movement is recorded — no card processor required, and no informal “I'll send it later” that nobody can verify.

Credits charged only for real lessons

Credits are deducted only when a lesson is actually completed. A cancelled or no-show session doesn't quietly drain a student's balance, which removes a common source of disputes and refund requests.

Payroll flows from the same data

Because completed lessons are recorded, teacher payroll periods can be generated from real lecture hours with payment confirmations — the income and cost sides of your academy draw on the same trustworthy record. Bill the way your academy actually works, and always know where the money is.
