Terms of Service

The Service

Academies Hub is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Quran and online education academies manage students, teachers, courses, lecture scheduling, attendance, credits and payments, content, and a public academy website.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Academy owners administer their academy's workspace, including inviting staff and assigning roles, and are responsible for the actions of the users they invite.

Academy Content and Data

Academies retain ownership of the data they enter into the Service, including student records, course materials, and academy branding. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the Service.

Each academy is responsible for ensuring that the data it enters — including information about students and guardians — is accurate and that it has the legal right and any required consents to use it.

Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service consume credits. Credits are purchased through the payment methods presented in the platform (such as bank transfer, e-wallet, InstaPay, or Fawry) and each purchase is reviewed and confirmed before credits are added to the academy's balance.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between academies, and do not constitute legal tender. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that is infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other academies' data, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or deceptive communications.

Third-Party Services

The Service can optionally integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Meet. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and connecting them is entirely optional. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes those providers make to them.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Academies Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service other than the right to use it as intended. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation.

Availability and Changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment, after notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, an academy may request an export of its data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academies Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts the academy paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice within the platform. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
